Flambeau River Trail For ATV Riding

West of Park Falls in Rusk County, the 90,000 acre Flambeau River State Forest has 40 miles of signed ATV trails and 100 miles of logging roads. The Flambeau Forest ATV Trail is a 40 mile segment of trail that runs from Fishermans Landing north to junctions with the Tuscobia State Trail and the Dead Horse Run Trail. The trail uses existing forest roads, snowmobile and town roads.
The trailhead is located 15 miles east of Winter via County Road W (1 mile west of Connors Lake) in eastern Sawyer County.
Overall, Flambeau River Trail is the 14th most popular ATV riding trail of all 48 ATV trails in Wisconsin.
