North of Balsam Lake, the Somers Lake Trail is a 5 mile loop through woodlands that is open to ATV riding. The trailhead is off County Road I.

Overall, Somers Lake Trail is the 43rd most popular ATV riding trail of all 48 ATV trails in Wisconsin. Several of the better atv trails are nearby Somers Lake Trail including Cattail Trail, Clear Lake - Clayton ATV Trail and Sterling Trail.
