Southeast of Lake Havasu City, the Standard Wash area has 7,500 acres open to ATV riding. The ATV routes in Standard Wash are on existing roads and trails in the low desert.
To reach the Standard Wash ATV trailhead from Lake Havasu City, follow McCulloch Blvd to SR 95. Head south on SR95 for 11 miles. Turn left heading east on unnamed road for about 1 mile. Look for the parking area on the left.
Overall, Standard Wash is the 24th most popular ATV riding trail of all 42 ATV trails in Arizona. Several of the better atv trails are nearby Standard Wash including Alamo Lake, South Plomosa Range Trail, Mineral Wash - Bill Williams River Trail, Swansea Loop Trail, Crossroads Area and Copper Basin Dunes OHV Area.
