Whispering Pines For ATV Riding

The 3rd most popular all terrain vehicle trail in New York.

West of Syracuse and southeast of Lyons, the Whispering Pines area has 20 miles of ATV trails over 1,000 acres. The trails have rolling hills, open fields, rocks and mud.

To reach the Whispering Pines ATV trail trailhead from the US90 (NY Thruway), use Exit 42. Head north on SR14 for 4.1 miles. Turn right on Thompson Station Road. Turn left on Town Line Road. The trailhead is ahead on the left.

Note: make sure you have the proper registration and insurance before riding anywhere in New York State.

Overall, Whispering Pines is the 3rd most popular ATV riding trail of all 21 ATV trails in New York. Several of the better atv trails are nearby Whispering Pines including Altmar Trails, Winona State Forest, Oswego County ATV Club, Oswego Valley ATV Club, Hannibal Trail and Barclay Trail.
