In Bayfield County, the Buckskin Trail is a 16 mile route winding through county land around the rivers that is open to ATV riding. The trail layout is in the shape of the letter H. The trail can be access from Drummond, Barnes and Iron River. There are restroom facilities available east of Musky Lake Road along the trail.

The Buckskin Trail ATV riding route connects with the 7 mile Bear Paw Trail and the 6.5 mile Horse Pasture Trail.

Overall, Buckskin Trail is the 44th most popular ATV riding trail of all 48 ATV trails in Wisconsin.
