Southeast of Colville and east of Chewelah, the Middle Fork Of Calispell Creek Off-Road Vehicle Trail area is a 9.8 mile route open to ATV riding.

The easiest access is from Cusick heading south on SR20 to SR211. Turn west on Westside Calispell Road (CR 9205). Continue northwest and turn west on CR2022 to the trailhead parking area.

Note: As of September 2007, ATV riding on Forest Service roads is limited to designated routes. If the ATV has valid license plates (doubtful), there are certain designated Forest Service roads that can also be ridden.

Overall, Middle Fork ATV Trail is the 16th most popular ATV riding trail of all 34 ATV trails in Washington. Several of the better atv trails are nearby Middle Fork ATV Trail including Riverside State Park ORV Area and Liberty Lake ATV Park.
