Southeast of Lake Havasu and Parker Dam, the Mineral Wash - Bill Williams River Trail is a 16 mile route open to ATV riding. The trail follows the Bill Williams River with several deep crossings. A favorite destination in this area is the old Vampire Mine which is accessed by a steep, narrow and rocky route.
To reach the trailhead from Lake Havasu, head south on SR95 for 21 miles. After the Lake Havasu bridge before Parker Dam, turn left heading south on Planet Ranch Road. The road parallels Bill Williams River. Mineral Wash is about 7 miles ahead.
