North of Beaver in the panhandle, the 520 acre Beaver Dunes State Park has 300 acres of sand hills open to ATV riding.
The park is located one mile north of Beaver on US270.
Registration of OHVs (ATVs) is not required in Oklahoma, and there is no minimum age for riding such. Muffler and spark arrestors are required on State and Federal land and the OHV must be equipped with headlights for night riding. On-road use is prohibited with certain exceptions, notably riding on unpaved National Forest system roads.
Overall, Beaver Dunes State Park is the 8th most popular ATV riding trail of all 19 ATV trails in Oklahoma.
