North Millican Valley OHV Trail System For ATV Riding
The 40th most popular all terrain vehicle trail in Oregon.

Southeast of Bend near Prineville in the Ochoco National Forest, the North Millican Valley OHV Trail System has 102 miles open to ATV riding. There are three trailhead staging areas. The trails are through high desert with rolling sagebrush hills. The trails can be sandy. Best time to ride is Spring and Fall.
To reach the ODOT Pit OHV Play Area trailhead from Bend, head east on SR20 for 25 miles. The ODOT Pit OHV Play Area is about one mile east of Millican on the North side of Highway 20. To get to the other staging areas, continue about 2 miles on Highway 20 and turn left on West Butte Road. OHV trails and routes are located from Highway 20 to Kitchen Hill along and across West Butte Road.
Note: As of September 2007, ATV riding is only permitted on Forest Service roads numbered with three digits. Also, all ATVs must have a valid Class 1 permit. ATV riding is not permitted on two digit or four digit numbered Forest Service roads.
Overall, North Millican Valley OHV Trail System is the 40th most popular ATV riding trail of all 44 ATV trails in Oregon. Several of the better atv trails are nearby North Millican Valley OHV Trail System including Green Mountain OHV Trail, Henderson Flat OHV Trail System, Millican Plateau Trail System and South Millican Valley OHV Trail System.
