South of Logan and Millville, the Millville Canyon Trail is a 8 mile route open to ATV riding heading east up Millville Canyon.
To reach the trailhead from the intersection on SR 30 and US 89/91 in Logan go south on US 89/91 for 1.5 miles to SR 165 South. Travel for 2.5 miles into Millville. Take a left on W 100 St. S and go .8 mile. Then a right on S 200 St. E for 2 blocks. Next take a left onto W 300 St. S and travel to S 550 St E. Finally turn right onto S 550 St E and travel .8 mile to where the national forest starts, this is also the start of the trail.
Note: Like most National Forests, the trails and road are closed to ATV riding unless specifically signed open. Do not count on seeing a closure sign but expect to see an open sign. It is your responsibility to know which trails are open to your type of vehicle. Lately, it has been reported that the rangers in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest have been strictly enforcing closures and issuing Federal citations which require a court apperance and $150 fine.
Note: As of September 2007, ATV riding on Forest Service Roads is limited to designated roads. To obtain the latest map of designated roads, make sure to contact the Forest Service HQ at (801) 466-6411.
Overall, Millville Canyon Trail is the 34th most popular ATV riding trail of all 75 ATV trails in Utah.
