Huron Trail For ATV Riding
The 23rd most popular all terrain vehicle trail in Michigan.

Southwest of Oscoda in the Huron-Manistee National Forest, the Huron Trail is a 52 mile route open to ATV riding. This is a wide, smooth route with a few sandy spots.
To reach the trailhead from the intersection of US 23 and West River Rd in Oscoda, head west on West River Rd (turns into East River Rd) for 1.5 miles. Take a left (south) on Grass Rd. Go one-half mile to parking on the left.
Note: As of September 2007, ATV riding on Forest Service roads is limited to ATVs with valid license plates.
Overall, Huron Trail is the 23rd most popular ATV riding trail of all 54 ATV trails in Michigan. Several of the better atv trails are nearby Huron Trail including Bull Gap ATV Trail, Little O Trail, MCCCT - White Cloud, Big O Trail and Meadows Trail.
