Wilson Flat ATV Trail System ATV Trails

Near Mountain Home in the Boise National Forest, the Wilson Flat ATV Trail System has 11 miles of loops open to ATV riding. The trail system was specifically designed for motorized use. The trails offer views over Anderson Ranch Reservoir. The access trail, #606, is steep, but once atop Wilson Flat, the trails level out.

The trailhead is located about 2 miles northeast of Anderson Ranch Dam off FS113.

To reach the trailhead, follow US84 to Mountain Home. Head north on SR20 for 16 miles to FS134. Head north on FS134 for 5 miles. Across the dam, turn right heading northeast on FS113 for 2 miles to the trailhead.

Note: As of September 2007, ATV riding on Forest Service roads is permitted only on designated roads. All ATVs must have a valid ATV registration. In addition, there is an extensive list of regulations that also must be met. Make sure to call the Boise National Forest HQ prior for a complete list (208) 373-4039.
