Southeast of Heber City, the Strawberry Ridge / Currant Creek area has 50+ miles of trails open to ATV riding.

This area is located about 25 miles southeast of Heber City off US40.

Note: Like most National Forests, the trails and road are closed to ATV riding unless specifically signed open. Do not count on seeing a closure sign but expect to see an open sign. Several of the better atv trails are nearby Strawberry Ridge / Currant Creek including Murdock Basin ATV Trail System, Mineral Fork ATV Trail, Slader Ridge Trail, Soapstone Basin ATV Riding Area and Deadhorse ATV Trail.
