Bear Creek Amphitheatre For ATV Riding

The 7th most popular all terrain vehicle trail in Ohio.

South of Canton near East Sparta, the Bear Creek Amphitheatre has 26 miles of marked trails spread over 180 acres. The ATV riding trails roll through forest and creeks. There is a 250 foot hill climb.

To reach the ATV riding trailhead from Canton, head south on US77 to Exit 99. Head west on Fohl Road briefly. Turn left heading south on Sherman Church Road (aka SR102) for 3 miles. Turn left heading east on Haut Street and pass under highway. Veer right on Downing Street. The trailhead is located 1 mile east of the Bear Creek KOA Kampground.

Open weekends only -- weekdays by advance reservation only. Access fee required.

Overall, Bear Creek Amphitheatre is the 7th most popular ATV riding trail of all 17 ATV trails in Ohio.
