Bear Brook State Park Snowmobile Trails ATV Trails

Southeast of Concord and Allenstown, the 10,000 acre Bear Brook State Park has miles of trails through heavily forested terrain. Most routes combine trails, jeep roads and gravel roads. These routes are open ONLY in the winter for ATV riding when there is adequate snow coverage that would allow snowmobiling.

To reach the trailhead from Concord, head south on US93 to Exit 13. Head south on US3 towards Manchester. Just past Suncook, turn left heading northeast on SR28 towards Allenstown. After 3 miles, turn right onto Bear Brook Road leading into the park. Continue for 0.5 miles and look for road into parking lot on righthand side of road.

To reach the trailhead from the south, head north on US93 to Exit #9N. Head north on US3 for 7.3 miles. Turn right heading east on SR28 towards Allenstown. After 3 miles, turn right onto Bear Brook Road leading into the park. Continue for 0.5 miles and look for road into parking lot on righthand side of road.

Note: The State Of New Hampshire requires a NH state registration tag on every ATV. An out-of-state registration tag is not valid in NH. They will issue a fine if you try riding without a NH tag.
