Blackwell Lake / Fall Creek Saddle For ATV Riding

The 21st most popular all terrain vehicle trail in Idaho.

Northeast of McCall in the Payette National Forest, there are Motorized Trails to Blackwell Lake and Fall Creek Saddle that are open to ATV riding. Trail #108 to Fall Creek Saddle is 4.8 miles round trip. Trail #109, which departs #108, is 2.6 miles round trip to Blackwell Lake. Only dirt bikes are permitted beyond Blackwell Lake.

The ATV riding trailhead for the Blackwell Lake and Fall Creek Saddle is located at the end of FS1716.

Note: As of September 2007, ATV Riding is only permitted on designated Forest Service roads. Make sure to contact the Ozark National Forest HQ to obtain a map showning these roads at (208) 634-0700.
