Four Trees For ATV Riding
The 96th most popular all terrain vehicle trail in California.

East of Chico and northeast of Oroville in the Plumas National Forest, the Four Trees (#2) area is open to ATV riding. The Four Trees Staging Area proivdes the trailhead for this route. The loop heads west to Coyote Gap, then south into the French Creek drainage, then climbs to Rogers Cow Camp and then back to Four Trees. Route #2 intersects Route #3 and Route #4. This route is considered easy to moderate.
Note: As of September 2007, ATV riding is only permitted on numbered Forest Service roads and the ATV must have a red or green California ATV sticker.
Overall, Four Trees is the 96th most popular ATV riding trail of all 106 ATV trails in California. Several of the better atv trails are nearby Four Trees including Mammoth Bar OHV Area, Carnegie State Recreation Area, Clay Pit Off Road Area, Knoxville Recreation Area, White Pines OHV and Mi-Wok OHV.
