North of Boise and Garden Valley in the Boise National Forest, the Bear Wallow Trail (#035) is open to ATV riding.
The trailhead is located on FS693, which is off FS 698 (south of the Tie Creek Campground).
Note: As of September 2007, ATV riding on Forest Service roads is permitted only on designated roads. All ATVs must have a valid ATV registration. Overall, Bear Wallow Trail is the 12th most popular ATV riding trail of all 55 ATV trails in Idaho.
