Big Dog ATV Route

The 13th most popular all terrain vehicle trail in Kentucky.

Northwest of London in the Daniel Boone National Forest, the Big Dog OHV Route is a 3 mile trek open to ATV riding.

To reach the trailhead from London, take SR192 west for 6 miles. Turn right (north) on Forest Road 56 (sign to Cane Creek Wildlife Management Area) and go 4.7 miles. Turn left (west) on Forest Road 119 and go 3.2 miles. Turn right (north) on Forest Road 457 and go .5 miles. Trail on right. This route is near the Big South Fork recreation area.

Note: As of September 2007, ATV riding is prohibited on all Forest Service roads.

Overall, Big Dog ATV Route is the 13th most popular ATV riding trail of all 16 ATV trails in Kentucky.
