Flech Grade Route For ATV Riding

The 50th most popular all terrain vehicle trail in Michigan.

North of Iron Mountain in Flech County, the Flech Grade Route is a 38 mile route along an old railroad grade. It is shared by ATVs and motorcycles. It runs from Felch to a few miles east of Schaffer.

To reach the Flech trailhead from Iron Mountain go north on US 2. Go to SR 95 and go north on SR 95. Travel for 10.5 miles. Turn right on SR 69 and 11.8 miles to the town of Felch. The trailhead is just south of town.

Overall, Flech Grade Route is the 50th most popular ATV riding trail of all 54 ATV trails in Michigan.
