South of Manila in the Uinta Mountians, the 38 mile Outlaw ATV Trail is open to ATV riding. The route follows graded roads, 4x4 roads and trails. The elevation ranges from 8,000 to 9,500 feet.

To reach the trailhead from Manila, head south on SR 44 for 28.2 miles. Take a right and go south for 5.8 miles on US 191. The Cart Creek trailhead is on the right.

Overall, Outlaw ATV Trail is the 50th most popular ATV riding trail of all 75 ATV trails in Utah.
