River Valley OHV Park ATV Trails

Southeast of Omaha, the 350 acre River Valley OHV Park has trails open to ATV riding. The park has a winding, looping trail network through dense forest along the eastern shoreline of the Missouri River. This area is prone to flooding, so the trails may be wet early season and may need some maintenance.

Although this park is technically in Iowa, it is VERY popular with eastern Nebraska riders.

To reach River Valley OHV Park from US 80, use Exit #1B. Head south on S.24th Street for 0.8 miles. Turn right heading west on Vetrans Memorial Highway (aka US275/SR92) for 1.9 miles. Turn right into large, but unsigned parking area. Follow paved access route from southwest side of parking area over the levee towards the river to the trails.

Note: All resident owned ATVs and dirt bikes must display a valid Iowa DNR registration. All non-resident owned ATVs and dirt bikes must display a valid non-resident user permit. Helmets are required for all riders. Riders from 12 to 17 years of age must have a valid safety certificate. Riding double is prohibited. All vehicles must have mufflers limiting noise to under 96db.
