Southwest of Calgary, the Crowsnest Pass trail system has 1200km of old logging roads and trails open to ATV riding maintained by the Crowsnest Pass Quad Squad.

Crowsnest Pass is on Highway 3 west of Fort MacLeod just before the British Columbia border.

Thre are three main staging areas near the town of Coleman. The McGillivray Creek Staging Area is located northwest of Coleman and is very popular. The Atlas Staging Area is located further northwest of Coleman. The York Creek Staging Area is located south of Coleman.

Overall, Crowsnest Pass is the 14th most popular ATV riding trail of all 35 ATV trails in Alberta.
