Southeast of Georgetown in the Eldorado National Forest, the Rock Creek Trail System is open to ATV riding, although the later is more popular on this trail system.

The trailhead is located just south of Wentworth Springs Road.

Overall, Rock Creek Trail System is the 89th most popular ATV riding trail of all 106 ATV trails in California. Several of the better atv trails are nearby Rock Creek Trail System including Barrett Lake, Gold Note Trails System, Foresthill OHV, Rubicon OHV Trail, Superstition Mountain Open Area and China Wall OHV Area.
