Rock Run For ATV Riding

The 21st most popular all terrain vehicle trail in Pennsylvania.

West of State College and north of Patton, the Rock Run Recreation Area has over 50 miles of trails open to ATV riding.

To reach Rock Run from the Pennsylvania Turnpike (US70/76), use the US99 exit. Head north on US99 to SR36. Follow SR36 north to Patton. In Patton, turn right at Magee Avenue and follow the signs to Rock Run.

Note: All vehicles must have a functioning muffler and USFS-approved spark arrestor. This facility operates under PA DCNR rules and regulations. Riders must have goggles, helmet, long shirt and pants, and closed-toe shoes.

Overall, Rock Run is the 21st most popular ATV riding trail of all 26 ATV trails in Pennsylvania.
