Beauvais Lake Trail For ATV Riding

The 11th most popular all terrain vehicle trail in Nova Scotia.

In Richmond County, the 3km Beauvais Lake Trail is open to ATV riding. This trail was originally a logging road. The trail is a typical old road that has been overgrown through misuse, and travels through a mixed forest with a nice fern undergrowth. The walking is fairly easy, although it does climb gradually.

To reach the trailhead from St. Peters, turn off highway 4 onto highway 247. Continue towards LArdoise for about 1.75 km to an old logging road on the left. Begin here.

Overall, Beauvais Lake Trail is the 11th most popular ATV riding trail of all 12 ATV trails in Nova Scotia.
