Prentice Cooper Wildlife Management Area For ATV Riding

The 9th most popular all terrain vehicle trail in Tennessee.

North of Chattanooga, the Prentice Cooper Wildlife Management Area has miles roads open to ATV riding.

To reach the trailhead coming from the north on US24, use Exit #155. Head northeast on SR28 towards Whitwell for 11.1 miles. Turn right heading south on SR283 for 2.5 miles. Continue south on SR27 for 6 miles. Turn right heading west on Robin Drive (unsigned) for 0.3 miles (staying right). Turn left heading southwest on Game Reserve Road (unsigned) for 0.3 miles.

Note: All motorized vehicles including OHV, ATV and motorcycles must stay on designated roads marked with the jeep symbol. Do not go into woods, fields, creeks or power lines right-of-ways.

Overall, Prentice Cooper Wildlife Management Area is the 9th most popular ATV riding trail of all 12 ATV trails in Tennessee.
