Southeast of Mount Vernon and southwest of Harrisburg in Saline County, the Williams Hill Pass Association has 17 miles of ATV trails over 220 acres. There are hills, wooded routes and an open field track. This is a great place to bring the family to ride.
South of Mount Vernon and east of Marion in Williamson County, the Little Egypt Off Road area has 30 miles of ATV riding trails over 400 acres. The routes pass through rolling wooded hills and open fields.
Southwest of Springfield, the Harpole Heartland Lodge has 1,200 acres open to ATV riding. There are 40 miles of rolling trials through forest and prairie.
Southwest of Joliet near Marseilles, the Cliffs riding area has 300 acres with 25 miles of trails open to ATV riding. The trailhead is located east of Marseilles.
Northwest of Springfield near Astoria, the Brushy Ridge Motorsports area has 300 acres with 20 miles of trails open to ATV riding. There is a range of riding options from beginner to most difficult including narrow trails and hill climbing.
Near Rockford, the 120-acre Rocky Glen OHV Park features miles of trails that are open to ATV riding. In addition, Rocky Glen offers three scramble areas of different difficulty levels: a beginners training area, an intermediate obstacle course and an advanced technical skills area.
Southeast of Springfield near Marshall in Clark County, there are 15 miles of trails open to ATV riding. The terrain varies from easy to difficult with steep hill climbs.
