Naranjo Road For Mountain Biking

The 8th most popular mountain bike trail in Mexico.

In the Sierra De La Laguna National Park, check out the scenic Naranjo Road running coast-to-coast. Over the past few years, local mountain bike riders have cut over 50 miles of trails in the countryside aroud Los Barriles (the site of the El Diablo Challenge).

Note: Prior to 1997, the topographic maps developed by the federal government used the NAD27 CONUS datum. Starting in 1998, the government transitioned to the ITRF92 datum (some maps show both datum), which is pretty much identical to the WGS84 datum.

Overall, Naranjo Road is the 8th most popular mountain bike trail of all 24 mountain biking rides in Mexico.
