Mt. Blanc For Mountain Biking

The 12th most popular mountain bike trail in France.

Southeast of Geneva, the town of Chamonix is known as the alpine capital of Europe under the shadow of Mt. Blanc (15,000). It attracts hardcore summer and winter sport enthusiats, and the name of the game is extreme. The region is central to hundreds of miles of tracks and trails that are open to mountain biking.

To reach the mountain biking in Chamonix from Geneva, head southeast on Route A40, and then southeast on Route N205 into Chamonix. For Chamonix nightlife, check out Bar de Moulins or L'Arbate.

Overall, Mt. Blanc is the 12th most popular mountain bike trail of all 104 mountain biking rides in France.
