South of Naples, the 6,400 acre Collier-Seminole State Park has 5 miles of mosquito and fly infested trails open to mountain bikers. Watch for panthers and bears. To reach the trailhead from Naples, head south on US41 for 17 miles.

Overall, Collier-Seminole State Park is the 24th most popular mountain bike trail of all 58 mountain biking rides in Florida. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Collier-Seminole State Park including Fakahatchee-Strand State Preserve and Belle Meade Trail.
