Southeast of Minnehaha Springs near Rimel in the Monongahela National Forest, the 5 mile Two Lick Loop is a hardpacked singletrack best ridden clockwise. The route winds over short ridges and through pine and oak forests.

To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Minnehaha Springs, follow SR 39 south. Turn left on SR92 heading south. Park at the Pocahontas Campground.

Overall, Two Lick Trail is the 24th most popular mountain bike trail of all 32 mountain biking rides in West Virginia.
