Roaring Creek Trail For Mountain Biking

The 87th most popular mountain bike trail in Colorado.

Northwest of Fort Collins in the Poudre Canyon area, the Roaring Creek Trail (#952) is a 5 mile one-way route ascending from 7750 feet to 9880 feet. The steepest part of the trail is at the beginning as it climbs out of the Poudre Canyon. From there it follows the Roaring Creek up until it intersects with the Bald Mountain jeep trail.

To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Fort Collins, head west on SR14 for 50 miles. The trailhead is on the right.

Overall, Roaring Creek Trail is the 87th most popular mountain bike trail of all 175 mountain biking rides in Colorado.
