Between Manistee and Wellston in Manistee County, the Big M is a 19 mile route designed for mountain biking. It is located deep in the heart of the hardwood and pine forest of Udell Hills.
To reach the trailhead from Wellston, head was on SR55 for 4 miles. Turn south on East Udell Hills Road for 3 miles to the entrance.
Overall, Big M Mountain Bike Trail is the 23rd most popular mountain bike trail of all 37 mountain biking rides in Michigan.
