Backbone Trail For Mountain Biking

The 38th most popular mountain bike trail in California.

Located northwest of LA and Santa Monica, the Backbone Trail is well known as an excellent mountain bike ride. The Backbone Trail stretches from Will Rogers State Park through Topanga State Park and Malibu Creek State Park, and then across the Santa Monica Mountains to Point Mugu State Park. There are 64 miles of this 70 mile route completed.

Overall, Backbone Trail is the 38th most popular mountain bike trail of all 132 mountain biking rides in California.
