South of Newark and north of Toms River in Monmouth County, the 3,000 acre Allaire State Park has 17 miles of mountain biking trails through flat and gently rolling terrain.

Allaire State Park can be reached from exit 98 off the Garden State Parkway or exit 31B off Interstate 195.

Overall, Allaire State Park is the 16th most popular mountain bike trail of all 24 mountain biking rides in New Jersey.
