East of Lakewood, the Lakewood Cross-Country Ski Trail winds through beautiful, wooded settings with rolling hills. The 22 kilometer main trail, known as the blue trail is continuous between McCaslin Brook Country Club and County F. Several secondary mountain biking loops connect to the blue trail.

Take County Highway F east from Lakewood. Trail access points are at McCaslin Brook Country Club, Old Highway 32 (FR 2106), Smyth Road (FR 2101), Sullivan Springs Road (FR 2330), and County Highway F at Riverside Road.

Overall, Lakewood Trail is the 16th most popular mountain bike trail of all 20 mountain biking rides in Wisconsin. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Lakewood Trail including CAMBA Trails, Rock Lake Trail, Lauterman Trail and Hatchery Creek Trail.
