Nash Stream State Forest For Mountain Biking

The 17th most popular mountain bike trail in New Hampshire.

Northeast of Groveton, the 39,600 acre Nash Stream State Forest has miles of roads and trails open to mountain bikes. The NSSF does not have a visitor center or a local HQ. The NH State Forest does not have a trail map available for the Gile State Forest.

To reach the trailhead from Groveton, head east on SR110 for 2 miles to Emerson Road. Turn left on Emerson Road for 2.1 miles to Nash Stream Road. Turn left on Nash Stream Road for 0.5 miles to the parking area.

Continue riding north on Nash Stream Road for 11 miles out for a great intro to the local riding. Return the same way or via West Side Road.

Overall, Nash Stream State Forest is the 17th most popular mountain bike trail of all 24 mountain biking rides in New Hampshire.
