The Camino de Santiago is a 460 mile route crisscrossing Europe. The El Camino Frances is a portion of the route in Spain that traverses rolling plains, farmlands and the Pyrennes. A good starting point is the town of Roncesvalles.

Note: In Spain, mountain biking is known as Bici Todo Terrano (BTT) and the forest tracks open to BTT are known as pistas forestales.
