Near Campbell River, the Snowden Forest has 62 miles of mountain bike trails.

To reach the trailhead, go through Campbell River to the Gold River Hwy. Go up the hill and continue straight through the intersection at the top. Follow the road into Elk Falls park, and past the dam. Then take a left on Loveland Bay Rd. (A dirt road to Loveland Bay Provincial Campground). Follow the road for a while until you see a little parking lot on the right.

Overall, Snowden Forest is the 39th most popular mountain bike trail of all 46 mountain biking rides in British Columbia. Several of the better mountain bike trails are nearby Snowden Forest including Galloping Goose Trail and Cumberland.
