Northwest of Truckee, the Mt Lola Trail is a 9.5 mile one-way mountain bike route. The elevation ranges from 6600 to 9100 feet.

To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Truckee, head north on SR89 to Henness Pass Road. Turn left heading west of Henness Pass Road for 4.5 miles to the trailhead.

The trail heads south to Mount Lola, and continues beyond to connect with a variety of other routes.

Overall, Mount Lola Trail is the 100th most popular mountain bike trail of all 132 mountain biking rides in California.
