North of Boston and east of Wakefield in Saugus, the Breakheart Reservation has 5 plus miles of multi-purpose trails. The trails include a 3 mile rolling paved mountain bike loop with numerous side trails.

There are two trailheads. The eastern trailhead is south of Lynnfield off US1. The western trailhead is southeast of Wakefield Center off Water Street.

Overall, Breakheart Reservation is the 32nd most popular mountain bike trail of all 35 mountain biking rides in Massachusetts.
