Near Cheyenne, the Curt Gowdy State Park has a 35 mile trail network. The trails are known for their rocky chutes and bermed turns. There is about 1,400 feet of vertical gain across the trail network.

To reach Curt Gowdy State Park from Cheyenne, follow US25 to Exit #10. Head west on SR210 (aka Happy Jack Road) for 25 miles. The main park entrance will be on the south side of the road.

To reach Curt Gowdy State Park from Laramie, head east on US80 to Exit #323. Head east on SR210 (aka Happy Jack Road) for 14 miles. The main park entrance will be on the south side of the road.
