North of San Francisco near Mill Valley, the Dias Ridge Trail is a 3.1 mile multi-purpose trail open to mountain biking. The route, which connects SR1to the panoramic highway, was recently renovated.

The Dias Ridge Trail trailhead is located on SR1 across from the Pelican Inn near Muir Beach. The trail runs northeast u to the Miwok Trail.

Watch your speed and limit it to the maximum posted speed (radar enforced -- no kidding!).

Tip - After a long mountain bike ride on the Dias Ridge Trail, make sure to head over to the Gestalt Haus in Fairfax for a cold drink!
