West of Grand Junction and southeast Palisade, the Flowing Park Trail is great ride for beginners and intermediates with exceptional views of the surrounding mountains atop the Grand Mesa.

To reach the Flowing Park Trail trailhead from Palisade, head east on US70 to Exit #49. Head south on SR65 for about 30 miles. A couple miles past Mesa Lakes Resort, turn right heading west on Lands End Road (gravel). At the intersection with FS109, veer left to the gated trailhead.

Overall, Flowing Park Trail is the 171st most popular mountain bike trail of all 178 mountain biking rides in Colorado.
