Westside Stockdrive For Mountain Biking

West of Crested Butte, the Westside Stockdrive route is an 8 mile loop combining several trails and a section of dirt road. The singletrack portion of the loop is a rough, narrow route.
To reach the mountain biking trailhead from Crested Butte, follow Kebler Pass Road (CR12) west over Keblar Pass down to Horse Ranch Park. Continue across the small bridge and turn left on primative campground access road. Park at trailhead sign.
Start riding south up the Cliff Creek Trail for 1.8 miles ascending 900 feet. Turn right on the Beckwith Pass Trail for 1.5 miles descending 300 feet of vertical. Continue north on the Westside Stockdrive trail for 2 miles descending down 500 feet to CR12. Turn right riding southeast 2.8 miles back to Horse Ranch Park.
