South of St Anton Am Arlberg and northeast of Davos, the TransAlp route from Sankt Gallenkirch to Klosters over Schlappiner Joch. The route starts in Sankt Gallenkirch and follows roads up to Gargellen (alternately, there is a bus from the bus stop across from the grocery store to the Gargellen lift station). From Gargellen, the route follows dirt roads and trails 29.3km through Klosters to Davos. Along the route, there is an elevation gain of 1,450m and an elevation loss of 1,300m.
