Northeast of Panama City and north of Pacora, the Los Lotes de Pacora mountain biking route is a 12.5 mile ride through the Utive community. This route is a moderate ride with about 1,200 feet of climbing and has two river crossings. While about 25% of the route is paved, the rest is dirt and loose stone along the short hill climbs.
To reach the mountain biking in Panama by air, fly into Tocumen International Airport (PTY) located just east of Panama City.
The Los Lotes de Pacora mountain bike ride is located to the northeast of Panama City. There is good parking at the Utive community police station near the community entrance.
