North of Milan and Lake Como near Novate Mezzola, the Tracciolino Trail offers mountain bikers a cliff side trail passing through several cave-like tunnels. Following part of an old mine car track, he trail starts to the southeast of Novate Mezzola and runs north to Val Codera. The out-and-back route is 7.8 miles each-way with about 2,000 feet of climbing from the trailhead round-trip.
To get to the Tracciolino Trail mountain biking, you will need to fly into Milan. From Milan, you can either rent a car or take the train north.
