Just east of Brixen, the Plose Single Trail Flow is a lift-accessed 6.6km mountain bike trail. The route starts at the summit of Brixner Hausberg Plose from the top of the cable car. The route steeply descends 900m to the valley station.
In addition to the Plose flow trail, there are five other mountain bike routes down from the Bergstation Kabinenbahn top station. And, starting in the 2018 summer season, there are two new trails, Green Trail (4.2km/300m) and Blue Trail (1.9km/165m), that lead to the backside Palmschoss lift.
To reach Brixen from the south in Italy or from the north in Austria or Germany, there is a major north-south EuroCity train stop right in Brixen. The train station is also the main bus station for the region where you can catch the bus up to the Plose cable car base station.
Overall, Plose Single Trail Flow is the 29th most popular mountain bike trail of all 45 mountain biking rides in Italy.
